Pros
Good compensatory conditions (gross salaries) with excellent fringe benefits: - 29 vacation days (26+3) - Free flights for direct family members, including parents/brothers - Very good healthcare plan - 24/7 nursery/kindergarten - On-campus health provider with paid sick-leaves until 3 days off - Etc. Also, TAP has an experienced workforce with very passionate people that love the Company and their daily work.
Cons
- Some deeply rooted old habits exist across the Company - HR should try to implement up-to-date standards and procedures, improving corporate culture - Infrastructures are old (some went through renewal but many other still feel like the eighties)
