      Pros

      Consistently one the best companies to work for in Portugal. Much better work conditions and salaries than the average airline based in Lisbon. Good benefits overall. Good work environment.

      Cons

      Being an airline owned by the State, some uncertainty about its course is due to arise from time to time. More conservative than most other european airlines. Work contracts are sometimes legally disputed. Salaried are reviewed and upgraded very rarely.
