- layovers of 30h average, some nightstops 17h, some big layovers - also some turnarounds - 3 fleets: narrow, narrowwide, widebody (with progression) - health insurance - staff tickets - safe contract - good in the beggining of life
Cons
- salary (you will have a good salary if you fly 19-21 days, which is... KO) - progression based on seniority (each 4 years) - rigid politics - old mentality in this department and also globally - bad evaluation system - not accurate - just 1 bid flight/month (and you have to be lucky to get the flight) - getting harder to swap flights - balance between home vs job (a lot of heavy flights and small rest) - if you go in, it's very hard to step out (you get used to this routine, to the salary, to be safe in your position)
