      Pros

      I loved my job and I thought I'd retire there. They were a strong company with good leadership. Lots of support and training and good salary and benefits. I had a fun and exciting job supporting National retail.

      Cons

      Economy caused many job cuts, I finally took the hit. There wasn't much help with your career path. No on site HR in Chicago to go to for help. It was a good old boys club with senior leadership promoting their friends. They also changed programs a lot and wasted a lot of time implementing these new programs only to let them fall off to the side.

      Pros

      Good compensation and good benefits, if you manager your store well and work hard you will advance quickly. They have great programs in place for those looking to advance. Enjoyed working side by side my sales team and helping customers.

      Cons

      Not many, they hired a few District Managers and Directors from the outside that did not understand the telecommunications industry and made it stressful on Retail Store Managers.
