      Benefits, 401k match, Medical and great flex spending account through Benny card, discount phone service, very sollid phone lineup, diverse work environment

      questionable people have been hired, communication of important changes, never met many upper management, advancement can be done but need to be on top of your game to move up with company

      Pros

      T-Mobile has the feel of a smaller company in that it is a fast paced environment with the ability to create change quickly. It also has the benefits of a large company in that it has good financial backing, and has opportunity for growth both vertically and laterally into different career areas.

      Cons

      The fast pace at T-Mobile can also be a detractor in that everything is considered a fire drill. Along with this, there is little time for lessons-learned, and the company seems to make the same mistakes over and over. T-Mobile asks a lot from the employees in terms of time commitment. There is lip service paid to work-life balance, but that is as far as it goes. For me, 11-12 hour days are the norm, and often weekend work.
