Pros

- Treats employees fair and with respect - Complex fast paced business - lot of opportunity to learn new things & areas of the business and movement is encouraged, but not pushed - Wireless is one of the few near-recession proof industries - poor results due to competition, not economy - Focus on the T-Mobile Values and getting results the right way - although loosing focus on this - Pay is ok & benefits are good (but have been scaling back pushing more costs onto employees) - Can see innovative ideas can come to life in the marketplace due to individual efforts

Cons

- To get anything done, you need the backing of Dotson. Otherwise projects (with obvious high ROI) will languish for years. - Getting butt kicked by competition & lack of strategy to correct business trajectory. - Scaling back benefits and bonus payouts due to poor results - growth significantly slowing, so much less career growth opportunities than in the past - low morale (due to above reasons)

Pros

Good benefits. Tuition reimbursement Decent pay for retail sales I would recommend T-Mobile for post high-school and those attending college. For a career it's brutal!

Cons

For a career it's brutal. Every week new and unattainable goals tied directly to your commission. The reward for activations not so much for sales or customer service.

Pros

Great opportunities for advancement. Communication is good. Starting pay is based on experience. Great commission opportunities. Training is very informative and will fast track you to the sales platform used by T-Mobile. Unbelievable employee phone plan which is more than affordable.

Cons

Benefits enrollment during specific time of the year so if hired outside of time frame you must wait. This should be handled as it is an important issue.
