Pros
The teams in T-Mobile are very dedicated and good at their jobs. Most everybody here is looking out for the customer and that is my main drive within this company is how are we affecting the customer.
Cons
Regionalizing markets. Slows processes, dissconnection within local teams, removes accountablity and chance for added responsibilty. Depending on your department T-Mobile is a fast growing company with many opportunities if you have mobiltiy. The downside is the leadership that is driving a particular department may also be looking for other advances so you may be left with multiple changes in management and ideals.
