Pros

Benefits, cheap phone (even though the phone choices are shoddy)

Cons

Lack of concern for employee. They will find ways to cut your pay, yet, blame you for not having incentive.

Pros

The benefits are awsome! The team I work with is great.

Cons

The management is not held accountable and is not family oriented. Managment does not care about the reps families, only their own. They will not work when needed, they expect us to come in on our time off and work or to stay past our scheduled time.

Pros

the health benefits are good: health, dental, vision. tuition reembursement. employee phone rate plan is awesome.

Cons

there is a total lack of communication between departments. the corporate ladder is more of a stepping stool. if you want a career in retail sales this a great place, but if you want to move up from there beware. you will be a constant target for angry customers which is a given with working with the public. managers in retail locations are do as i say not as i do, they are hardly ever at work.
