Pros

Values and work enviroment are great

Cons

tight albor budgets to work with Inconsistent commission goals from one store to another. (Usually From Market to Market) Meaning it could be harder to make commission from one store to the next simply based on how the goals are determined.

Pros

Great work environment, everyone is so supportive. Email shout-outs all the time throughout the district. AWESOME benefits! I had full benefits as part time for very cheap monthly. Contests to win free things, good employee line program. Pay is great, their comm. structure was good when I was there but I heard it changed since then. I worked at a playground store which was a lot of fun, kinda like the apple store and the dress code was laid back. Mgmt is really supportive.

Cons

They still have a bad rep from back when they weren't the best. I've had them since I worked there, even after working for other companies tho so it's really just turning their reputation around which theyre doing a good job of. Getting mgmt roles is difficult from what I saw, but I wasn't there long enough to advance.
