Pros

It is a commission based job with hourly. You can also talk family members and individuals with add-ons to their phone plan which brings you more commission.

Cons

Management team was very imcompetent. All they cared about was numbers. Yeah I know it is a sales job but that does not allow managers to disrespect employees just because they are not at the "number" they want you to be at.

Pros

Opportunity to learn a complex industry and get the scoop on latest technology and trends. Ability to partner with cross functional teams across marketing, product development, engineering

Cons

So much turnover. How many CMOs can one company go through and how many reorgs??? Had enough and needed stability. Disorg was attributed to newly out CEO and perhaps with the Germans taking over, it will be a well oiled machine.
