      + Very relaxed atmosphere + Strong consideration to become a full time employee + Supportive management and individual projects + Lots of real-world experience + Adapts to my prior knowledge + Get to meet senior leaders + Direct communication with supervisors + Team participation + Lots of planned activities for summer interns + Amazing culture + Growing company + Not Verizon or AT&T

      - Does not pay as well as other internships in the field. - Some people have reported not having a lot of work - Some managers have been reported as being intimidating
