Pros

T-Mobile does a lot of events every year. Huge budget and push towards being present and events quarterly

Cons

All events are tied to sales, with little to no emphasis on branding, brnad awareness, experience etc, Since it all leads back to sales, You will mainly book low caliber events like swap meets & mall space as oppose to major events.

Pros

Company is great when it comes to pay and benefits. Super sales oriented and so you basically make as much money as you out effort into it

Cons

Company expects immediate change with any new rollouts or products with little to no room to be heard on feedback. It is a salary job so you are always expected to be available for the store which is great for some people
