Pros

Excellent upper level management. They had the Best open door policy. They were always there for you when you needed them.

Cons

In store lower management wasn't as good. They weren't very organized or proficient. We always had scheduling issues and never had full coverage on the floor.

Commissions are uncapped , strong sense of team work, not choice but to bond with coworkers

Cons

Chargebacks are the terrible and sneak up on you
