Feel well compensated for the amount of work I do. John Legere has the company moving in a positive direction.

Cons

Disconnect between upper management and front line employees. As in any companies all the uppers care about are numbers and constantly shift on what you 'need to do'

Commission structure, benefits, and opportunities for growth with in the company.

Cons

Depending on store and district the upper management may either help or hinder you from developing. I personally enjoy working with my upper management.
