Overall a great company with an emphasis that all employees are considered family. Maritime industry so as long as we have ships they will need repair!

Cons

Male dominated industry and hard for a woman to be taken seriously unless she has a strong personality. Pay is generally lower than one would expect (even with advanced education under your belt). Lack of effenciency and communication between departments.
