      (Former trainee 2015 - 2017) Came on as a welder but got moved to a trade I'm unfamiliar with.

      Pros

      Great pay and benefits guaranteed work for apprentices, excellent work and class balance between the two. Potential growth overall down the road.

      Cons

      Not enough time to learn or do your trade your hired for. Too much floating around time to time. Your expected to learn from your supervisors but its impossible when all they're focused on is getting the job done. Can move you out your trade with little to no notice if they feel you can't perform despite the issues above.

      was a good company to work for.

      Cons

      west coast shop is in a downhill run. too much of a click. and don't care about their workers at all. equal opportunity employer? not a chance. And no ethics.
