Descent company to work-but hectic
Pros
Great people -a lot of smart type A personalities so you have to have the ability to let things roll off your back. I found the people to be very dedicated and willing to work well as a team. Great benefits. They have upgraded their ERP systems and are investing into the most recent technologies (e.g. AI and other function specific related technology). They have a great mission in helping patients by helping to accelerate life saving therapies worldwide.
Cons
They don’t have the most transparency when comes to job titles, job grades and the related salary minimum and maximum-but they are working on it (at least this was the case when I voluntarily left for retirement in 2025-so that is good). It’s a fast paced environment that at times can be quite demanding.
