Great company to work for. Very innovative in the Flavor and Fragrance industry. Symrise encourage their workers to be innovative and inspiring. Symrise also believes in sustainability.

Cons

It is a flavor and fragrance industry thus it is a manufacturing company. The smells can be very pungent in the production area.

Excellent Staff Benefits, Connected to upper management by various activities such as DND and Family Day, Employees are kept up to date with the company stuffs through twice a year town hall meetings.

Cons

Whole area has very strong flavour smell,even in the office.
