Low salary, no area for career advancement, little encouragement, some people get scolding by the boss in front of the entire team, no camaraderie which affects collaboration and atmosphere of the workplace, some people get emotional and rude including the boss, not open to new ideas, team members lack accountability, mundane work which makes learning stagnant, roundabout working procedure, hard to show your own capability, salary increment low, new workers who are inexperienced are severely looked down upon
