      Perfect for creative specialists, rel. young team in senior management, many highly qualified and well paid positions. Interesting and unique industry.

      Cons

      Rel. young senior management team can limit personal growth opportunities for some time. Highly specialized jobs which make can make it difficult to switch to other industries later in the career.

      Pros

      Great blend of large company resources and small company entrepreneurial spirit. People are by far the best part of working here, lots of engagement and personal accountability. People are smart, and willing to pull together. Very little politics. Uncomplicated management structure. Good support for employees and their work life balance.

      Cons

      We are lean, a few more hands would help.

      Excellent high quality coworkers Good pay Autonomous work

      Cons

      Teterboro facility extremely lacking compared to competitors. Overall, US is de- emphasized globally while representing a large portion of consumers. Being a Euro centric company, they haven’t figured out how to crack the US market. Pls note Dr Bertram is no longer CEO (hello Glassdoor!)
