      Pros

      401k match up to 6% ,unlimited sick days paid.you'll get vacation days as soon as you get hire. You can buy an extra week of vacations and they'll deduct it for that year out of you're paycheck .they give u uniform and safety boots

      Cons

      Strong smell e.g. Garlic,habanero, red pepper. Takes a long time to get hire . A lot of Lifting up to 50 lb. A lot of bending. no much over time or none at all.

      The bonus, hours were Flexible majority of the people were great and the location very close to the beach. I learnt a lot

      Cons

      The people management was not great. Senior management was bad constantly chopping and changing direction didn't know what they were doing
