Cons

The horrific management Awful pay - lowest in the airport, even Spar and Greggs staff at the airport get paid more! No benefits. Used to get 10% off lounge access however this is also offered to Joe Public at times as well, so it's pointless! No proper rest between shifts. Poor overtime incentives. Lone working and then receiving blame when boarding is delayed or payments are not taken despite the fact you were on your own with 180+ grumpy passengers. Being made to stay for overtime, complete utter disregard for your home life.

Close Bond with all colleagues. Experience working in a fast-paced job Close up and personal with aircraft and airlines from around the world. Meeting great flight and cabin crew creating long time relationships.

Cons

Management Issues. Facilities falling apart, toilets not in good condition. Wasn't issued full uniform after being so long at the job. Not enough equipment at our base airport and no attempt to bring more in. Pay doesn't meet the conditions we have to work in and the amount of work we do. The commute to work and its parking conditions.
