Management is also very understanding of a persons personal life and have no problem working with anyone that is having any sort of issue, being that the person has spoke with someone from management about the situation beforehand. they also offer a real chance to advance in the company if you so desire it. With perserverance, determination, and drive, ANYONE can move up in the ranks and achieve any goals they might have in their lives.
Cons
Your schedule might shift time to time due to the flight activity. Late flights are usually a bummer due to the fact if you had any prior plans for the night and your aircraft is running late or anything else that arises with working with airlines, it could become a real downside. Also you must deal with Airline representatives who in some cases (not all) do not really care about your opinion on certain matters, but also have a very stubborn demeanor about them. Sometimes while working with swissport you will encounter these folks and really have to humble yourself for the best of the company.
