Pros

You meet interesting people, you learn a lot about customer service, you get challenged everyday, and you learn about different cultures.

Cons

Low pay rate at certain airlines, rude passengers, and horrible work hours i.e. early morning shifts or very late ending shifts especially if there is a delay.

Pros

It's a good job if you are in school and work as a part timer.

Cons

management always puts passengers before employees, no matter what. "Customers are always right" goes too far at this company, and favortism is clear at every position, from senior management to supervisors.

Pros

Pay is decent, its interesting if you like to work on airplanes. fast paced job, its like going to the gym while you work

Cons

very very bad management, equipment are very very old and most of them are broken, no flight benefits, hard to take any time off. management dont care about employess at all, just as long as they make money.
