      Plenty of open minded workers. Good people to work with. Massive sense of "team work" within the office and across sites

      System functionality leads to frequent complaints. Makes providing a service to customers almost impossible, and those at the low levels are often blamed for this

      Cons

      Swiss Re tends to be a bit too traditional and at times needs to let go of the bureaucratic structure in its organisation. with the new developments we see a change but it should continue evolving
