      - Probably best place to start career in reinsurance - Good Work/Life balance - Lots of expertise and brainpower to learn from - Great benefits and treatment of employees

      Cons

      - Some silos mentality in certain teams exists - Can be difficult to change something due to the rigid structures of the company - Quite hierarchical, but that's probably required for this type of industry

      International environment, more transparent review processes than other companies, very mobile company- seemingly no problems moving people from one place/department to another- easy to get involved in interesting projects

      Cons

      compared to other companies in the sector that I've worked for- I must say that SR is heads and tails above the rest. They are a little "Zurich" centric, but that seems a natural consequence of having the HQ there (any other company would probably do the same...
