Pros

There is a good Work flexibility with Good work/life balance. It's a relatively low stress work environment. Lots of smart people in Zurich

Cons

Company has made a lot of money in the last 5 years but there have been no raises and bonuses have been slowly decreasing over the years. In addition there is no career development unless your in Zurich. Instead they give $7/share dividend to shareholders which benefits senior management.

Pros

Work/Life balance is decent. Working in the Gherkin!!!

Cons

- Pay is stagnant once you join unless you get promotion, which is very difficult to achieve in London. - Most of the senior jobs are Zurich centrified. - Management are trying to push for employee's to come back to the office in London. If I am the only one in my team based in London what exactly is the point of me spending 3 hours travelling every day and spending £20 to sit on calls I could just as easily have done at home?! - Real toxic atmosphere, particularly within projects area. Management team in Zurich have no human touch, particularly towards those based outside in Zurich, but then try to tick the correct HR boxes by sending emails about mental well being. - Clear move from London to low cost locations
