Lots of benefits for all employees. Private health care, pension, discount on all brands, decent pay. You actually get to talk to alot of Senior people relatively regularly which doesn't always happen at big companies

Cons

Lack of investment in some systems. Other companies that are competitors are far ahead. Things are slow to change... but there has been plenty of good changes whilst being at swatch group
