Pros

Comfortable shoes provided/made available, which helped during long shifts on your feet.

Cons

Working at Swatch retail had potential because of the brand itself, but unfortunately poor management made the experience frustrating. Communication was inconsistent, expectations changed without notice, and employees were often blamed for issues caused by management decisions. Scheduling was disorganized, and concerns raised by staff were frequently ignored or dismissed.
