      Pros

      Employee discounts and selling watches was easy!

      Cons

      Competitive in commission with other sales reps, unnecessary bickering between sales staff because of the competitive commission. No set schedule which equals no life. Lack of respect for dedicated workers in terms of no growth potential. People who kiss butt more and not as dedicated, seem to get promotions.

      Pay was okay (in my case) Allowed to be yourself as far as appearance.

      Cons

      Management lacks knowledge, barely any training, favoritism within store, DM showed favoritism, high turn over rate.
