Pros

It's great to work for a such successful group. It will add a lot of value to your c.v and therefore it will definitly open a lot of doors. This group is internationally known and respected. Workinf for that company is really worth it, because you will either stay long or use it to find another challenge easier.

Cons

Sometimes big machines take time to move and you can be frustrated that you have to wait that much to see things happening. It will be easy to move within the brands but harder to grow Professional. The Family that run this group is very involved in some of the brands and it can be very challenging having to work too close from them as they really want to control everything.
