      The company provides a cohesive training program for the new employee. From brand knowledge to presentation skills. Internal transfer opportunity is open for anyone is driven and ambitious in the watch making industry.

      Cons

      The constant changes in reorganization; upper management lack of self - retains in what needs to be transformed to meet the quarterly sale goals.

      Pros

      Working with swatch meant working with great people in a sales environment. Pay was ok and work life balance was too. Good commission and great staff discounts across all brands.

      Cons

      Unsocial Work hours means sometimes you can be stuck in on the weekends and miss some other activities. Lack of clear communication from top management and hence strategy implementation.

      Pros

      Great products and potential. Was once employed by dedicated and hard working individuals. Everyone was family, and could be again. The company adapts to all other countries and could adapt to the US if they would have faith in us. To accomplish this, and they can, would require bravery and trust.

      Cons

      Company was destroyed by prior country manager. Company split in half literally. New brand managers are weak at best. Now run by a country manager from outside the country so it can not be fixed until everyone is under one roof and the country manager is located in the same office
