Pros

Good work environment, overall people are nice and friendly. Good work/life balance, rarely do extra hours. Staff discount. Business trips to Switzerland (at least once). Brand's reputation,

Cons

Too political. Manager level decided on "political" skills and time working for the company. Career development almost inexistent, based on how long you are in the company, not your skills. Can't retain talented people, a lot of people leave in the first 6 months.

Cons

> Absence of any type of business career management > Low salaries compared to the responsabilities and work load > Too many decisions are taken from the brand CEO, which let marketing with only little power decision
