Pros

I have almost 200 watches I bought 50% off . I love them all.

Cons

I loved my job for 4.5 years. The company made a bad decision changing over the whole corporate office staff. They hired a bunch of big box retail professionals that thought boutique environments should be run the same way. They fired almost the entire staff including myself. Myself over false allegations from the Midwest DM and HR department after I communicated to HR that I was being verbally abused by my district manager. This company is no longer a fun artistic environment. I would not recommend anyone to join at the present time. Maybe one day it will regain it's love for the culture it once had.

Pros

Decent pay, medical benefits, bonuses

Cons

No growth potential major work load which causes room for mistakes because you have to rush everything while Switzerland takes their sweet time making easy decisions. Upper management has no respect for you as an employee everything you do is never good enough. You spend a lot of time drowning in paperwork and getting so many bids so that the budget can be low the quality of build out is no way near what the standards of what luxury should really be. No team work or positive environment also when you are on a job site you don’t get comped for working weekends and have to use your vacation to survive jet leg. As far as the process it’s all built on a process that sets you up for failure due to outrageous timelines that are not realistic. My advice stay far away from working for this retailer. Until the upper management retires there is no possibility for change within the structure of this company.

Pros

Free Tea and Coffee and clean staff Toilets.................yep thats it oh and if you did make it passed 6 months you could choose one of their cheap and nasty Swatch watches to wear to work for free (providing it wasn't more than £80)

Cons

Management don't give support, in house them and us culture between different teams, unpaid overtime constantly expected. little to no training given. no career progression
