Pros

Absolutely none unless you are allowed to hire your own people and are buddies with all the people in Weehawken.

Cons

Where do I start? Guilt trip you into everything. Not only do they over work you and give you no credit. Too demanding. If you are 26% over your goal, you dont get "GOOD JOB" But you get "Why didnt you make it 30%?". When you dont make goal, they drive you into the ground. They hire you to do a job and dont let you do it. They hire incompetent District Managers... especially California mgrs. THE WORST! Hired a DM then had a Store Manager teach them their job. Wont let you take time off even when it is needed. Will cheat you out of your bonus time in and time out again. Theft accusations made by DMs are unfounded and without merit, based on 'guesses'. Even if you make them a boatload of money they will fire you within the month/year. Worst company ever and I would steer clear. NO COMMON SENSE HERE! New DM fired the BEST Store manager in the district due to personal vendetta. As soon as I can get out, I am!

Pros

Employee discounts and selling watches was easy!

Cons

Competitive in commission with other sales reps, unnecessary bickering between sales staff because of the competitive commission. No set schedule which equals no life. Lack of respect for dedicated workers in terms of no growth potential. People who kiss butt more and not as dedicated, seem to get promotions.

Demeaning, no opportunity for growth internally.

Pros

Easy job, no real technical skill required, great trainer (if you get to work with the trainer). Great stepping stone to better opportunities elsewhere.

Cons

Lack of respect, no real growth potential. Disorganized at times, with lacking communication between departments as well as managers to their employees.
