was working in the back office of the group, can always leave on time, great for work/life balance got chances to meet people from other regional offices double pay medical insurance includes spouse & child, and dental

Cons

below average salary 50% of the staff (especially from the luxury brands) is not respectful to the others promotion is nearly impossible unfair treatment between departments
