The Swatch Group was a very nice company to work for, they always gave us a free meal once a month and the health benefits were very nice. The people who worked there were all there for a very long time and were nice. The had wonderful watches which were represented by some of the best brands in the industry.

Cons

The brands would sometimes act on their own with involving accounting and sometimes it felt they were over shipping merchandise. I felt that it was sometimes a lack of urgency with the employees

A constant company, does not fire easily, it used to give a good paying contract. Usually always pay on time. Everything is simple and organized.

Cons

May value employees, but they only give them more work and responsibility, the pay is the same, except if you are one the managements protégées.
