Pros

Free hot water in a modern canteen

Cons

The long term employees are not very welcoming. The big cheese runs two departments and that's the good part. Unfortunately, they are situated in another room so they doesn’t get to see what goes on in the post room. The smaller cheese is problematic, you're made to work under unnecessary pressure and the way they talk about other team members is unethical. All the other departments leave on time apart from the post room. You are made to feel like you have to stay until everything is complete, and this means working over and not getting paid for any extra time. Sometimes the big cheese would come in offering help but the smaller cheese always made out we were coping, then left struggling at the end and going home late. The post room staff are only allowed a strict 30 mins lunch break while the rest of the company had an hour. One long-haul employee dominates the atmosphere. They can make things uncomfortable and they get away with swearing at you and treating you like a child. The job itself is okay. It's the pace you're expected to work at and the amount of watches you need to process without making mistakes is ridiculous. That and the distressing working environment makes it an unpleasant place to work.

Pros

They send you on a useless sales trip to Miami or Vegas

Cons

Horrifically unorganized corporate leaders, especially District Management. Terrible work life balance. This stems from loss of profits across the board in the company and has led to increased pressure on store mgmt.
