Pros

They give you 50 percent of watches because they require you to wear two

Cons

None really except typical sales job. It wasn't a bad place to work but you could have a better company .

Great brands, that's about it. Just great brands. Customer Service doesn't really care about you

Cons

Poo poo future, no steady career path, people get fired at a moments notice.

Pros

Amazing brands, luxury play, technology, people, and very strong balance sheet and financials. The company offers very strong benefits and positive work place. Cool offices and great location (Midtown, Weehawken).

Cons

There are decisions that have been made without context or communication that has the staff wondering about their future. It is surprising that changes are being executed this way given the deep family values of the Founder.
