room for advancement, especially if you are relocate-able. Generous discounts, time off, and incentives. Brand manager is extremely relatable and affects change.

Cons

Entitled employees whom don't want to be held accountable. When they are, they cry favoritism and discrimination. Every company has policy and procedures. Do your job when no one is watching.
