Pros

District Manager cared enough about me to help me get where I want to be and action plan in place for development

Cons

Too many disregard the job and just accept the paycheck and actually work while at work when they feel like it

Pros

Two free allotment watches of your choice a year from a list they selected. One for each two seasons. 50% discount on select watches (ie: no discount on artist, limited edition, numbered, special packaging watches) Up beat and fun apmosphere, laid back. High volume during high season at TSQ.

Cons

Since it's commission based, everyone is out for sales. Sales associates are always bickering towards cashiers. And management are always wishy washy when cashiers sell. Micromanagement is the worst. Uniform is too constricting. No longer can express yourself like when I first started, you can't even dye your hair anymore, or wear jewelry. If something is a little off about your uniform, they write you up. Unnecessary. No compassion. Certain current managers are too quick to brush people off, favoritism is high in TSQ. Even if they won't admit it, we know. There is always priority towards sales associates than cashiers. Management team could care less about cashiers unless one calls out and they have to do the work. THEN that's a problem. No room for growth! If they tell you you can grow its all lies! Part time will stay part time even if you work your tail off, and when they "promote" you to sales and you're expecting to grow more, if they see you sell really well they keep you there because you're making money for the company. You're stuck. Being in TSQ the hours SUCK. For the summer everyday we close at 1 am. Who has time to do anything? Keep it to 12, that's enough. Going home is already hectic at that time already.
