Pros

You get 2 free watches every year. They also have contests where you win watches, as well as money. You get a 50% discount.

Cons

Where do I even start with this place. When I first started working there swatch was awesome. You go to work get the job done, you do your job well and that was fine. But then they see you having fun while doing your job and it's a problem. They want people to be MISERABLE! Especially the cashier! The cashier work the hardest in that place and that what management tends to forget. They don't understand that the cashiers alone could run that whole store! They expect you to do more and more and more. They would rather you look busy, then for you to actually be busy! At Times Square the manager don't actually care about their employees. All they care about is making goals, and the unit count. They do not care!! and I can't stress that enough. If you are looking for a place to grow, this is NOT the place! Not only are you on your feet for 8/9 hrs in the day but you're there til 1 in the morning! Also they aren't flexible with your schedule. If you aren't available too work for them EVERYDAY then you can't work for them. They want you to be their slave! Swatch use to be a great place until everyone left or got fired. Roy was the greatest manager there. We made our monthly goal about 4 times with him there. They fired him and hired Jose. How many times has he made goal? Don't worry I'll wait! They hire these managers from the outside who know absolutely nothing about swatch ( Refeena and Rebekha ) and they come and instead of trying to help us grow they pick at you! I've been working at swatch Times Square for over a year and every single female that has worked there has told me a story about Gregory Castro. They have complained about him. They do not feel safe working with him. He makes the ladies feel very uncomfortable. And I don't feel like he should be working there.

Pros

Great product & discount. Fun team atmosphere within the store. Good incentives and pay.

Cons

Expectations constantly fluctuated from upper management without direction. Lack of respect and professionalism on all levels from upper management. Upper management creates unnecessary drama within stores to gain leverage. No trust or transparency within the company.
