Great management, the customer base were loyal customers, fun and inventive producers to a sell, decent pay plus commission

Cons

Not the best location in the mall, shipments almost every day, learning to take watches apart was trying

Not a bad place to work, flexible scheduling, cool people to work with

Cons

Very little room for growth. I worked at a very low performing store and instead of closing shop and moving the employees to higher traffic stores, they cut hours and forced people to become full-time employees without actually having them work the full 40 hours.
