Pros

I have been working in this company almost 3 years in the Midwest district, almost half of the managers got promoted including me. The just recently former DM always recognized hard workers. Always focused on the people and development of the team. She believed in leadership, excellent communication, and always encourage the team to be the best! An amazing person, very transparent and extremely commitment to work. A fun place to work.

Cons

Unfortunately employees no always take advantage of the training, or the tools that the company provides. Some people prefer to justify their bad performance blaming others for it.

Pros

Company is expanding with room for growth, decent pay, as well as decent store managers. Company finally saw the Midwest DM for what they were and ended their employment.

Cons

Not too many. Lots of changes within the company not a lot of communication within the company to stores on what's going on. Planning department needs to be more proactive on getting stores what they need for customers.

Best District

Pros

Midwest district is and continues to be the most diverse, engaging and like minded district I have ever worked for. The just recently former DM not only encouraged all the managers but also insisted on you being the best so that you could be successful and have a winning team. Very transparent with her plans; including you in the process and so is the company; at least up to this point. You never felt outside the loop and that what you thought and wanted for your advancement mattered as well as getting to you those things to help increase your business. She worked tirelessly to ensure that the Midwest was given their do and fought for it when necessary and won on many occasions. The DM was fair, faithful, challenging at times, but smart. She will be missed.

Cons

Really helping store managers separate from the business those who are not producing and consistently productive a lot faster.
