Does not promote from within the company, when I worked there for almost two years and an assistant manager position was open they began hiring from the outside before considering anyone internally. I had to put in my two weeks notice before I could get promoted.

The company doesn't care about it's employees. I had my store manager literally tell me that he doesn't care about any of us as people and all that he cares about is that the store is making money. The DM is also the same, she fired ~5 people at another location on the same day because she didn't see them fit at Swatch. At my store, an employee that has been with us for 5 years and they wanted to get rid of her but couldnt find a reason to. We were short one night on the register by less than a dollar and she was fired immediately. My store manager also got mad at me for being available for only 3-4 days a week because I'm a college student.
