Pros

Great discount Great pay rate if you're new Great benefits. This is it for pros. There are not many benefits for working for this company.

Cons

Training programs change every time they hire a new training manager which is every year. Raises are far few and In-between. District managers last only a couple of months. Managers make up rules and pressure associates. Try to discourage associates from calling out sick. Every single department is involved in everything. Company wants every associate in the store to act like a manager but does not pay them the adequate wage. Promises of promotion never come to fruition. Management is condescending and rude to associates. They fire people for no reason and they don't have to give you a reason. So their reasoning is for needs of the business. So they fire several people in the district using that rationale. They usually fire people who question the unlawful treatment they are receiving.
