Pros

50% off discounts easy pace they promote by talent and not by seniority

Cons

Miami Corporate office is a disaster as well as the Weehawken corporate office. immense turnover as well leaves no support from corporate heads. The company is bleeding profits and they are making huge cuts. this company is clueless as to how to approach their financial distress and are cutting their own heads off in the process. if you are looking to apply please don't- you will be fired.

Pros

For a person who likes watches the discount is good. Pay is descent. People I work with are for the most part amazing people with awesome energy!

Cons

I don't even know where to start. Upper management has no shame, they lie to your face. They're manipulative, ignorant and rude. They don't care how long you've been with the company they will push you to the ground to make you look good. The training techniques made are HORRIBLE. They legit have us sounding like robots. They basically want us to shove watches down people's throats. No room for growth unless you're up their behind. The uniform SUCKS! As a company swatch is known for being fun, unique and different but then again they have us all looking the same. Why can't we express ourselves. Do sales! They want us signing people up to the swatch club but the people aren't getting benefits, no discounts after buying a certain amount of watches. Like come on now, the company is just going down if you want to bring it up change things up for the better.
