Pros

Large emphasis on training associates on how to become a better a sales person. The store was very well kept both visually and operationally making everyone's job easier to do. Strong communication between all stores employees. Competitive sales floor allows you the opportunity to work with motivation. Swatch is very avid about giving all of their employees a chance to grow/travel.

Cons

Down time. The store has very low traffic overall making it very difficult to stay focused on accomplishing tasks/goals.
