An amazing Global brand with fantastic products. The Swatch brand is composed mostly of young talented people with ambition and ideas that could drive the company even higher.

Cons

Underpayed jobs and a management with absolutly no vision nore digital understanding. The group is led by investors and managers that are an insult to who Nicolas Hayek was. A shame...

Management is really bad. Store manager thinks he is the God of swatch . If he doesn't like you he will get you fired somehow . Even you are doing your job at very best . Always lies. Backstabbing. Ignorant . I am shocked that swatch would keep a store manager like him.
