A constant company, does not fire easily, it used to give a good paying contract. Usually always pay on time. Everything is simple and organized.

Cons

May value employees, but they only give them more work and responsibility, the pay is the same, except if you are one the managements protégées.

The people there were great and helpful. Always willing to help when needed. Office events every once a month and the deals for watches were great.

Cons

Management doesn't let you know if you're doing anything wrong or if they're about to let you go, no warning at all.
